Today's post is about an app I started using yesterday to incorporate into my workouts. It is called the Nike Training app, which is free on the app store. This app helps give you everything you need for a good workout. It even gives you the options of your own program, which you can either customize yourself or let them do it for you. You can choose from three different types of programs, and after that go into more depth. It also gives you day by day, week by week routines which helps you stay on track. when doing your workouts, it also always provides a video of what that specific workout is just in case you aren't sure what it is. It gives you a timer, and also always gives breaks. You can connect with friends or even see your own profile. Your profile shows you how many minutes you have invested into working out, how many friends you have using the app, and even how many workouts. It is a great app to use if you love having a plan.
